All local sales (Peru) include 18% VAT. For
international sales is not considered tax.
Product Colors: The colors of the
products on the pictures are as close as
possible to the original product but may
have slight variations.
Guarantee of our products: If a
product purchased this a manufacturing

Change of products: If the product is
in perfect condition and corresponds to the

are effective for products once delivered

Accidents Products: Sakura Sports is
not responsible for any accidents that may

Availability product: All products
offered in our shop are available. If a
product has been payment and was not in
stock may request a change of product,
unless you want to proceed to full refund.
All International
shipments are made by Certified Mail 1st
Class through Serpost - Postal Service of
Peru.
Shipping cost: The cost varies
depending on destination and quantity of
items purchased and includes cost of packing
and shipping insurance. More information.
Delivery time: Delivery time begins
to run from the verification of your payment.
For this reason it must send the
confirmation payment by email or from the
section of Payments Report. If payment is
made via Paypal or Alertpay, confirmation of
payment is automatically and within 24
hours after the transaction. Delivery times
are as follows:
- For local shipments (Peru) estimated
delivery time is 5 business days.
- For international shipments estimated
delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.
Online Tracking: Once your product
has been released to the Postal Service (about
2-5 business days) we will send you the
tracking number of your shipment. This
number is used to verify that your order has
already been deposited with the postal
service and you can trace Serpost online
from the website:

Receiving the shipment: If delivery
is not made due to absence of the receiver
or person responsible for receiving the
shipment, your order will be returned to
sender (Sakura Sports) and should arrange
for a later delivery of your order, you
assume new expenses that this generates.
Liability and Warranty: We are not
responsible if you. not take precautions to
receive your shipment. The additional costs
(time and money) involving forwarding your
order will be borne by the customer.
We assume a new shippment of your order (covering
all costs) in case of theft or loss of, and
having been fully verified this fact with
the Postal Service. If you want the refund
claim will proceed with the insurance
included in each shipment, but must wait for
the deadlines for the execution of insurance.
